  Funds Tâi-gí teaching materials for one TAI Language Lab unit of heritage learners.

  Builds an interactive feature

  Covers the design and development of one interactive online piece for Formosa Retold, turning a static story into something people can explore.

  Sends the Firefly Route somewhere new

  Funds transportation, setup, and staffing for one Firefly Route stop, bringing a focused exhibit of Taiwanese history and culture to a new public space.

  Launches a new exhibit or curriculum unit

  Underwrites a full program cycle (a new Firefly Route exhibit built from scratch, a season of Formosa Retold content, or a new TAI Language Lab curriculum unit) from the ground up.
